are you house proud...

As of late I have become a fan of the Nate Berkus Show.  It's not that I felt I wouldn't enjoy it,

quite the contrary, however I must record the show in order to view it. {that takes effort} {grin}

I most enjoy the segment he calls House Proud. I too am house proud, in love with my little ranch, and I plan to give you glimpses in the near future. 

But Nate Berkus has a photo on his website that is truly amazing! It caught my attention because I grew up with houses just like this is my area. I was always drawn to their little living rooms and interesting window placement. The only thing that keeps me from tackling a project like this is my lack of a wealthy uncle.  I have the ability and the drive!

I just had to share.....

I read that this house had been moved 3 times......someone finally saw it's potential and found an uncle.  Wowie!

My heart melts when I see such a project. Foxy, grand, alluring and charming comes to mind. {big smile}
